## BizYield terms

## BizCredit terms

* Cycle length: 12 weeks
* Return rate: 4% per quarter.
* Weekly payment: \$8.67 per share.
* Total Return: \$104 per share over the 12-week cycle

## BizBond terms

* Minimum buy: \$1,000.
* Return rate: 10% per annum.
* Payment cadence: quarterly or at maturity, depending on the series.
* Payment currency: USDC or local stablecoins.

## Worked examples

### BizYield example

If a business allocates 20% of monthly revenue to the BizYield pool and you own 1% of that pool, your payout equals 0.2% of the business's verified monthly revenue.

### BizCredit example

If you hold 5 BizCredit shares, you receive \$43.35 per week for 12 weeks.

### BizBond example

If you hold \$1,000 in BizBond, the annual return is \$100, usually delivered as four quarterly payments of \$25 each when the series pays periodically.
